Hiya folks, my name is Niki. Here's a wee bit about me-

​

In 2004 I received my Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from College of the Desert.

​

In 2010 I graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelors in Kinesiology, emphasis in Athletic Training.

​

From 2010 to 2013 I worked at Valhalla High School in El Cajon as a Certified Athletic Trainer. During that time I began working with Team USA and their athletes at the Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center, (Formerly the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista).  

​

From 2012 to 2013 I attended the International Professional School of Bodywork to study massage, receiving my massage certification with over 900+ hours of study. 

​

I opened DiggsBodywork in the fall of 2013. During that time I continued to work with Team USA,  as well as sports teams and Elite athletes throughout the San Diego area. 

In 2014 I did a volunteer rotation at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO, traveled to Russia with the USA Women's Wrestling team, and continued to work with olympians and olympic hopefuls.

 

In 2015 I worked with American Track & Field athletes at the Pan American and ParaPan American Games in Toronto, Canada.

 

In 2017 I graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a Masters in Sports Management. 

​

In 2019 I studied Yoga Teacher Training through CorePower yoga, doing both their 200 & 300 hour certifications.

​

In 2019 I also began my studies at Pacific College of Health & Science to pursue a Doctorate in Acupuncture.
